Who is Pompompurin?

Introduced in 1996, Pompompurin celebrates his birthday on April 16. Pompompurin is a golden retriever whose trademark is a brown beret.

He's a laid-back guy, and his favorite phrase is "going out," while his least favorite phrase is "staying home alone."

His hobby is collecting shoes. He secretly hides one pair of his owner's father's leather shoes, one pair of his mother's sandals, and so on.
